1. Acceptance of Terms

We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue any plan at any time. Changes to plans do not affect existing active subscriptions.

4. Payment & Pricing

We accept the following payment methods: CB/bank card, Revolut, bank transfer, Wise, and cryptocurrency (USDT/BTC). All prices are quoted and charged in euros (€). Payment must be received and confirmed before service delivery is initiated.

A 10% discount is automatically applied to orders of €70 or more when paid via Revolut, bank transfer, Wise, or cryptocurrency. This discount does not apply to card payments. Prices displayed on the site at the time of purchase are the prices you pay. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect any subscription that has already been purchased and activated.

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we are not obliged to honour incorrectly priced orders and will contact you to arrange the correct payment or a full refund. All sales are final once credentials have been delivered, subject to the Refund Policy set out in Section 6.

5. Delivery of Service

Following receipt and confirmation of your payment, subscription credentials (M3U URL and/or username/password login details) will be delivered to your WhatsApp number and/or email address. Delivery typically occurs within minutes of payment confirmation during operating hours, and within a maximum of 24 hours in all cases.

You are responsible for providing a valid, accessible email address and maintaining WhatsApp accessibility at the number you supply. DY'Z IPTV PORN 4K bears no responsibility for non-delivery caused by incorrect contact details provided by the subscriber.

If you have not received your credentials within 24 hours of confirmed payment, you must contact us immediately via WhatsApp: +44 7490 300294. Failure to report non-delivery within 72 hours of the expected delivery time may affect your eligibility for a remedy.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and immediately consumable nature of this service, no refunds are offered once subscription credentials have been delivered and confirmed. This policy is consistent with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which exclude digital content from the standard 14-day cooling-off period once performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right to cancel is thereby lost.

By completing a purchase, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once credentials are delivered.

Exception — Non-Functional Credentials: If the credentials delivered are demonstrably non-functional (i.e., the M3U URL/login details do not work at all and cannot be made to work), and we are unable to repair or replace them within 48 hours of your written notification via WhatsApp, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us and allowing us the opportunity to resolve the issue will result in immediate account suspension. We reserve the right to contest all chargebacks with evidence of service delivery and these Terms. Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to relevant fraud prevention services.

7. Acceptable Use

Your subscription is granted for personal, private, non-commercial viewing only. By purchasing, you agree to the following restrictions:

• You must not resell, redistribute, sublicence, or transfer your credentials to any third party, whether for payment or free of charge.
• You must not share your credentials beyond the number of simultaneous streams permitted by your plan.
• You must not use the service for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to the reproduction or distribution of copyrighted content.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, intercept, or interfere with our servers or infrastructure.
• You must not use VPNs, proxies, or anonymisation tools in a manner designed to circumvent our security systems, device limits, or geographic restrictions.
• You must not access the service from any jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by law.
• You must not permit any minor to use your account or access content via your credentials under any circumstances.

Violation of any acceptable use provision may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

8. Device Limits

Each subscription plan permits a specific number of simultaneous streams (devices). Exceeding your plan's device limit may result in automatic service interruption, reduced stream quality, or permanent account suspension. You are solely responsible for securing your credentials and preventing unauthorised use of your account. If you suspect your credentials have been compromised or shared without your consent, contact us immediately to have them reset.

We monitor simultaneous stream usage to enforce plan limits and to detect credential sharing or resale. Accounts found to consistently exceed device limits will be suspended without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content delivered via the service remains the exclusive intellectual property of the respective studios, broadcasters, distributors, and rights holders. DY'Z IPTV PORN 4K does not claim ownership of any third-party content made available through the service. Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to view content for private personal use only.

You must not record, capture, copy, reproduce, download, distribute, broadcast, sell, or commercially exploit any content accessed via the service in any format or by any means. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of copyrighted content is a criminal offence in the United Kingdom and most other jurisdictions and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

10. Service Availability

We target a service uptime of 99.5% but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or lag-free streaming at all times. Temporary interruptions may result from planned maintenance, technical issues, server load, third-party content provider outages, or factors beyond our reasonable control (including force majeure events). We will endeavour to notify subscribers of planned maintenance via WhatsApp where reasonably practicable.

No compensation, credit, or refund is offered for service outages or degraded performance of less than 24 continuous hours. For outages exceeding 24 hours directly attributable to our systems, we will credit equivalent time to your subscription at our discretion. This does not limit your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid for your current active subscription period.

We are not liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, for any: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits; loss of data; loss of goodwill; loss of business opportunity; or any other economic loss arising out of or in connection with the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your subscription and access to the service at any time without notice for any of the following reasons: material violation of these Terms; provision of fraudulent payment details or initiation of a chargeback; exceeding simultaneous stream device limits; reasonable suspicion that the account is operated by or for a minor; conduct that is harmful, abusive, or disruptive to our service, infrastructure, or other users; or any other conduct that we reasonably determine to be incompatible with these Terms.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, no refund of any subscription fees paid will be issued. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our sole discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Subject to the paragraph below, the parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain the right to invoke the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, and to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where those courts have jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We may, where feasible, notify active subscribers of material changes via WhatsApp. Your continued use of the service following any posted changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any modified Terms, you must stop using the service.
